Steve Mariani has been in the real estate industry since 2004. He operated an appraisal firm for eight years prior to assuming a sales role in commercial brokerage where he focused exclusively on working with investors.
He has experience transacting multiple asset types including residential, retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, and single tenant net-leased properties. Steve has a unique blend of experience that drives deals to get done as fast and as painless as possible.
Steve is a graduate of Thomas Edison State University in Trenton, New Jersey and lives in a small Jersey shore community with his wife and two children.
